1. Digital courses – all sales are final
All courses offered on master.lk are pre-recorded digital video courses. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are granted immediate access to the course recordings, materials, quizzes, assignments and certificate for that course.
Because access is granted immediately and in full at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. For change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with course content, or for any other reason. Once a payment has been successfully completed and access has been granted.
We encourage you to review the course description, syllabus and any free preview lessons carefully, and to contact us with any questions, before you purchase a course.
2. Exceptions – billing errors
Although we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we will investigate and correct the following situations. These are billing corrections, not refunds for dissatisfaction:
- Duplicate payment — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same course.
- Unauthorised payment — your card, bank account, or PayHere account was used to pay for a course without your authorisation.
- Failed access — your payment was successful, but you were not granted access to the course due to a technical error on our part, and we could not fix the access issue within a reasonable time after you reported it.
If any of these apply to you, contact us within 7 days of your payment at [email protected] or 0707053535, with your order details, the name used for payment, and the date and amount of the transaction.
3. How corrections are processed
Where we confirm that section 2 applies to your payment, we will correct it by either granting you the correct access or refunding the affected amount. Approved refunds are returned to your original method of payment — through PayHere for card, mobile wallet or online banking payments, or to the account you paid from for bank transfers — within 7 business days of approval.
4. Payment methods
Payments on master.lk are processed securely through PayHere (Pvt) Ltd, a licensed payment gateway supporting debit/credit cards, mobile wallets and online banking. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer. We do not collect or store your card details on our servers.
